Funnel Report - Data and Analytics - Open Rates, Response Rates and More

Let's talk about the second-best part of sales, business development, and marketing outreach--data! Not everyone loves data and analytics, but here at Salesbot, we do, and we're here to give you the tools needed to find out how your email campaigns are performing.

To start reviewing the open and response rates for your email campaigns, head to the Analytics section for your project from the left-side navigation. Each separate Sales Project has it's OWN nalytics. You'll see a visual view of your project, showing the real-time pipeline, which includes the number of prospects in the pipeline, the open rate, response rates, and any downstream prospects you've marked in Salesbot.

Email Campaign And Drip Analytics

Just below the pipeline view, you can click the chevron to expand the section, and view the specific analytics for each email drip. Use this for refining your content or tweaking those emails which aren't getting a great response rate.

You may also see multiple email campaigns in this section--you can have multiple email campaigns for a single project, and can view all their analytics here.

Click Rates

To view click rates for any embedded links in your email outreach, you'll see an additional column labeled, "Clicked". This is the # and % rate of clicks on any links within your email campaign drips (also known as the CTR or click-through-rate).

And an example of a clickable link in your email campaigns. Note that we don't currently support click rates for different links, so try and limit your clickable links to a single link--such as a demo sign-up page, or a contact-us form.

You can also edit or tweak your clickable links to include tracking codes, UTM campaigns, anything you'd like. Although these are outside the scope of Salesbot's documentation, here's a helpful guide over at SEM Rush on how to setup tracking codes.

Bounced Rates

With Salesbot, we help keep your bounced rate lower than other tools. How you ask? We use industry leading email validation services, combined with our top quality emails for sales leads, to help you send emails to only validated sales leads. Occasionally a few bad emails might slip through the cracks, but we'll help you get the lowest bounce rates across all sales products.

To determine your bounce rates for a project, head into the 'All' section for a project, select the 'Filters', then choose 'Bounced Email'. You'll see a list of the leads with bounced emails, and a total at the top. You can use this total / the total number of outreach to calculate your bounce rates. Anything under 2% is great, under 1% is amazing!

Unsubscribe Rates

To calculate your unsubscribe rates, follow the same process as looking for bounced emails. Head into the "All" section for a project, choose "Unsubscribed", then check the number of unsubscribed leads. Use this number to calculate the % of sales leads who've unsubscribed from your email campaigns in a project.
