Looking for some time-saving tips to speed your prospect to outreach time, or just want to save a few click? Here at Salesbot, we're all about speed and reducing friction.

Settings to Save Time and Improve Results

Skipping to Next Lead - In 'Personal' Settings

To save time when qualifying or searching through sales prospects, head to the Settings page and turn on the 'skip to next prospect' option. This will automatically save you a click per prospect!

Unsubscribe Links - In 'Company' settings

Don't forget to turn on email unsubscribe links--practically a requirement when you're sending cold email outreach to sales leads. Turn on these options to automatically include an unsubscribe link in all your outbound emails. Also, we've got a one-click unsubscribe option which complies with Google's 'bulk sender' requirement.

Sales Lead Responses

In addition to general information like open and response rates, you can also drill down into the responses from your sales leads. You'll recall that with Salesbot, once you connect your email via our integration, responses come directly back to your email inbox. We display those responses in an overview inside of Salesbot, right alongside their profile--easily categorized to help you keep track of your projects, outreach and analytics.

To view sales lead responses, click on the 'Responded' section via the left navigation. Then, you'll be able to view the sales lead name, their contact information, refer back to their profile, or read the actual threaded email conversation.

We hope these tips were helpful! If you're looking for other time saving features or want to suggest other topics, reach out to us here at support@salesbot.io.
