Where does Salesbot get prospect contact information from?
-Here at Salesbot, we get prospect's contact information (both professional emails and phone numbers) from a variety of data sources, both public and private. We don't scrape data sources, and believe that everyone has a right to their privacy.
How many sales prospects are in your database?
-Salesbot has approximately 650+ million prospects in our database, expanding weekly! We have prospects from every country in the world, sign up and search our prospect database for your sales lead matches.
Do you have valid contact information for everyone?
-While we endeavor to provide up-to-date contact information for every sales prospect, we might not always have verifiable contact information for everyone. When you use Salesbot to reach out to prospects, we validate any contact information in real-time, providing you the best chance to make a successful connection, and, to avoid any spam or email blocking issues.
Won't I get my email domain banned or impacted from sending emails to unsolicited prospects?
-Here at Salesbot, we take steps to help prevent your email domain from being negatively impacted. We enforce email sending limits, we validate emails in real-time, and we allow you to link your email to a custom sub-domain, all to help protect your email domain integrity. We also encourage you to set up your email properly--this includes configuring DMARC, DKIM and SPF (email validation).

Does Salesbot send email on my behalf? How does sending email to prospects work?
With Salesbot, you link your email account via a secure OAUTH connection. Then, when you send email outreach via Salesbot, we send as you, we do NOT send on your behalf. All emails to prospects come FROM YOU, and all replies come back TO YOU--your email, your outreach.
