Exporting Sales Leads

If you've found some great sales leads or prospects in Salesbot, and you're looking to export those contacts to a CSV file, look no further!

To get started exporting contacts, head to either the search results for sales prospects, or, from your sales lead list of qualified leads.

From either section, you can choose multiple prospects/leads by clicking the checkbox next to their name, then, click the 'Export' button on the right-side panel.

When selecting prospects for import, you can choose between 50-1,000 leads at a time. You can also specify an exact number over 50, and, choose how many leads you want per company. This can be very helpful if you're targeting small groups of leads at specific companies.

Note: We do support exporting up to 10,000 sales leads at once via CSV, but this option is restricted for special accounts. If you'd like to chat with our support team about enabling this for your account, just reach out to support@salesbot.io.

Once you've selected the Export option, click the checkboxes to include VERIFIED contacts and/or phone numbers in your CSV file (note these options are dependent on having enough remaining credits in your account to reveal contact information for all leads). Email credits are ONLY used if we find a verified email for a prospect.

Choose to export verified emails and/or phone numbers (depends on your remaining email and phone credits).

Click Export and you'll receive an email with a clickable link to download the CSV file--each CSV has multiple columns of data, including name, LI profile URL, verified emails for leads we have contact information for, company names, company revenue, domain, investor and funding round data and more!

Exported Prospects and Exported Lists

To easily locate sales prospects you've previously exported, and to check the status of any current 'in process' exports, you can head to the Exported or Exported Lists section of your Salesbot account.

Exported Lists

Here, you'll find the status of any in progress exports, and, the ability to re-download any prior CSV's. We keep the prior exported lists for 30 days, after which time they are automatically deleted.

When a CSV is in process, you'll see the current file with a process indicator, letting you know we're working on validating emails and looking up phone numbers.

You can also click the download icon next to prior CSV's to download them again.

Each CSV also shows some statistics about each exported file--the date of export, project name, who exported the list, the total number of leads in the list, the number of verified emails and phone numbers, and how long until the file is deleted.

Exported Prospects

To find exported prospects, click on the 'Exported' section on the left side (note this only shows up if you've exported any sales leads).

You'll see all the exported leads in this section, and can view individual profiles, or, select prospects and move them back into the email pipeline.

Notes on CSV Exported Files:

Any sales lead that does NOT have an email listed means Salesbot couldn't find a verified email--we don't give you UN-verified emails, AND, unlike other products, we don't charge you an email credit for them.

If you click the link to download the exported CSV from the email and get an error, try right-clicking and copying the URL. Then, paste that URL into your browser. Some systems have firewalls and click-blockers that prevent the CSV from being downloaded. If that doesn't work, just reach out and we're happy to help.
