If you're using Salesforce, you can integrate your Salesbot account quickly and easily, syncing sales leads with your CRM.

Integrating Salesforce with Salesbot

First, head to the Settings page, located here: https://app.salesbot.io/settings/personal

Then, click the 'CRM Integration' option located at the left, or use this link: https://app.salesbot.io/settings/integration

Choose Salesforce.

You should be automatically redirected to your Salesforce account, and you'll see a prompt requesting your authorization to link Salesbot with your Salesforce account.

Choose to allow the integration, and you're good to go. Note that you'll need a SFDC user with sufficient administrator privileges to allow access. Salesbot is SOC2 compliant and are only matching your leads in your company instance for the purposes of matching and enriching prospect data.

Steps to Export Sales Leads/Prospects to Salesforce

When viewing the profile page for a sales lead or prospect, you'll see a button called 'Salesforce'. You can click this button to immediately export the prospect/lead directly to Salesforce as a lead.

If you have not revealed the prospect's contact information BEFORE exporting to Salesforce, you'll need to do so under the 'More Actions' widget for this information to be exported.

Then, you can head to your Salesforce account, and should see the corresponding lead with the exported information.

To set up lead mapping for specific fields, head to the 'Lead Mapping' section. You'll see a column on the left for the Salesbot fields, and a column on the right for the associated, standard Salesforce fields (note if you have custom fields setup in your lead object, you may see different options).

You can use the pull down menus for the associated Salesforce fields to configure the associated field mappings. For example, the 'First Name' for a lead in Salesbot is configured to map to the 'FirstName' field in Salesforce. Also note that any fields with an asterisk, currently LastName and Company, are required fields and must be set.

Once you've updated the field mapping, the sync between Salesbot and SFDC should automatically begin. Depending on the volume and number of lead records in your SFDC account, it could take up to an hour to sync all records.

Searching, Excluding or Including Salesforce Leads in Salesbot

You can use Salesbot to INCLUDE or EXCLUDE your SFDC leads in your Salesbot searches.

While searching in Salesbot, you'll also see a corresponding icon next to any synced prospect/lead's name, represented by the small, blue Salesforce icon.

And, you'll see an icon near all your lead lists/projects indicating they are linked to Salesforce.

Once linked to Salesforce, your leads will automatically be synced and kept up to date.

If you have leads already in Salesforce, and you'd like to filter your Salesbot searches to show or hide any current Salesforce leads, there's a filter option on the search page for each project. Just choose Filters, then select to show or hide Salesforce leads. We match leads in Salesforce to a Salesbot prospect by name, company, email address or location. Use the filter option to hide any leads that you might already have in your Salesforce account (note that this does NOT match on contacts, only leads).

Using this filter, you can select the following:

Show All Prospects - This shows all leads in both Salesbot and matching leads in SFDC

Hide Salesforce Prospects - This HIDES any matched leads in your SFDC account, effectively excluding anyone that's already in Salesforce.

Only Salesforce Prospects - This SHOWS only matched leads from your SFDC account, effectively allowing you to run searches on your Salesforce leads.

Thanks for using Salesbot and our Salesforce integration--if you have any questions, feedback or comments, reach out to support@salesbot.io.

Thanks!
