Salesbot Premium
With Salesbot Premium, you'll get 1,000 email credits and 75 phone number credits, every month, at a low of price. Head to our billing page on salesbot.io to see more about specific prices and options available.
Salesbot Professional and Enterprise
Interested in more credits or features? Reach out to our sales team and we'll be happy to chat. Salesbot Professional and Enterprise editions offer more functionality, more analytics and can add additional email or phone credits to your subscription.
How to Sign up for Premium?
At any time during your Salesbot trial, you can upgrade to the full, Premium subscription. Or, once your trial ends, you'll be able to upgrade and pay directly from the same screen, both located here: https://app.salesbot.io/settings/billing
Billing:
"Primary Seat' - This is the number of active, primary 'users' you have on your Salesbot account. You can add additional users by clicking on the "+" at any time, all pro-rated based on your billing period.
Billing Information:
To get started, add in your billing information, including a contact name, email, and your billing/payment address for your credit card. If you're on a trial with Salesbot, we'll upgrade your account immediately and credit your account with the Premium credits (1,000 email and 75 phone number credits).
Promo Codes:
Got a promo code for Salesbot? Enter it after adding in your billing info, and save $ or % off your Salesbot monthly subscription. Don't have a promo code? Reach out to our sales or support teams and we'll hook you up.
Payment Method:
Salesbot accepts all forms of credit cards (not debit cards) and processes payments via Stripe over a secure, 256-bit encrypted connection to protect your payment information. Add in your credit card, CVV and expiration date, and we'll process the initial payment for your Salesbot Premium monthly account.
Invoices:
In addition to receiving an email copy of your paid invoice and renewal, you can also download a copy here on the billing page.
Renewals:
Salesbot Premium renews every 30-days. You'll receive an email confirmation and a copy of the payment invoice after your monthly renewal is processed.
Pausing or Canceling Your Membership:
If you'd like to pause or cancel your Salesbot Premium membership, you can do so at any time during your monthly membership. Pausing your account delays your billing only, but any active time on your account continues to expire while paused. You can use pausing or canceling to take a pause using Salesbot, and then resume when you're ready. If you return to Salesbot after your paid time has run out and your account is paused or canceled, you'll be prompted to resume your subscription in order to continue using Salesbot.
